We have a shot non existent scouting network and the management team seem to either be clueless. The powers that be need help !
Add suggestions within a realistic budget for their consideration. You never know they may just buy one.

Last few years we have acquired a lot of highly rated youngsters from other clubs
My suggestion would be to give some of these a run in the side and attempt to develop them rather than let them rot and disappear
It would be seen as a gamble but how much worse could they be?

Here’s an idea, buy a subscription to WyScout and let them do the work.
Or employ a head of recruitment who knows what they’re doing.
Or just give the job to Jack & let him chose players off FIFA. He couldn’t do a worse job.
